Priority Check-In and Online Booking
If you have booked online and entered the correct license plate of your (towing) vehicle, you can arrive from 12:00 to 22:00 via license plate recognition and will be automatically checked in. With your travel documents, you will receive our site map and the location/name of your pitch. On-site signposting will guide you directly to your pitch. Please respect the pitch boundaries. If you use an additional or different pitch, we will charge the corresponding fee.
Arrival without booking
Reception (up the spiral staircase) is open for arrivals from 12:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 18:00.
Departure
Please vacate your pitch no later than 11:00. Late departures are only possible by prior arrangement – and generally not available during the high season.
Online Booking
Book your stay in the shepherd’s wagon here.
You can arrive between 15:00 and 18:00.
Please check in at reception (up the spiral staircase) for your personal introduction to the wagon.
Arrival without booking
We do not recommend arriving without a prior booking, as our shepherd’s wagons need to be prepared for your stay and are frequently fully booked.
Departure
Please leave the shepherd’s wagon swept clean by 11:00 at the latest. Ideally, please come to reception at around 10:45 for the personal handover.
For departures after 11:00, we will charge an additional night.
During holiday times, bank holidays and between May and August we highly recommend to book in advance. Bookings are only possible online.
When you cancel a booking the following cancellation fees, depending on the time between cancellation and rental apply. They are shown as a percentage of the rental price of your overall stay:
- up until day 30 before rental: 10%
- between day 30 and 14 before rental: 50%
- between day 14 before rental and day of rental: 75%
- day of rental or no-show: 90%
- early departure: 100 %

We recommend booking a camping travel cancellation insurance with our external partner ERGO Reiseversicherung AG for your holiday. It not only offers you protection in the event of cancellation, but also in the event of an unexpected interruption of your trip. In this case, the travel insurance will cover the costs for the unused days of the stay. This means that you are financially well protected before and during the trip.
If you book more than 7 days before arrival, we will send you our bank details and kindly ask you to transfer the full rental amount.
If you book less than 7 days before arrival, please settle the payment on site at departure. We accept cash, debit cards, MasterCard and Visa.
