Priority-Check-in and online booking
Should you have booked online and have provided a valid car registration, you can simply arrive by license plate recognition between 12 am and 10 pm. You will automatically be checked in. Please provide a valid ID-card within 24 hours of arrival. With your travel documents you have received our map and the location/description of your pitch. On the campground signs will guide your way to the pitch. Please respect the borders of your pitch. In case you use another/additional pitch we will charge the applicable fee.
Arrivals without booking
The reception desk (up the spiral staircase) is available for arrivals from 12 am to 1 pm and 3 - 6 pm.
Departure
Please leave your pitch before 11 am. For later departures we will charge the applicable fee.
The season
We're open until Sunday, October 17th 2021. In 2022 we're open from April 1st to October 9th.
Online booking
Book your stay in our shepherd´s wagons right here. You may arrive between 3 and 6 pm. Please refer to the reception desk (up the spiral staircase) for your personal check-in and introduction.
Arrival without booking
We do not recommend any arrival without having previously booked. The shepherd´s wagons have to be prepared for your stay and are frequently booked up.
Departure
Please tidy up your shepherd´s wagon and leave it before 11 am. Ideally you refer to the reception desk at around 10:45 am for the handing over. For later departures we will charge one additional night.
During holiday times, bank holidays and between May and August we highly recommend to book in advance. Bookings are only possible online.
When you cancel a booking the following cancellation fees, depending on the time between cancellation and rental apply. They are shown as a percentage of the rental price of your overall stay:
- up until day 30 before rental: 10%
- between day 30 and 14 before rental: 50%
- between day 14 before rental and day of rental: 75%
- day of rental or no-show: 90%
- early departure: 100 %

We recommend booking a camping travel cancellation insurance with our external partner ERGO Reiseversicherung AG for your holiday. It not only offers you protection in the event of cancellation, but also in the event of an unexpected interruption of your trip. In this case, the travel insurance will cover the costs for the unused days of the stay. This means that you are financially well protected before and during the trip.
Should you have booked more than 7 days before arrival, we will send our bank details and ask you to transfer the full rental price.
Should you have booked less than 7 days before arrival we ask you please to settle the payment on site upon departure. Please be aware: we only accept debit cards and cash payments.
